Tiffany Rollins: Director 

Tiffany Rollins began dancing at the age of four at Spisak's Dance Academy and was a gymnast for 8 years. She went on to take classes with Lenna DeMarco at GCC before going to ASU. In 1998, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance & Choreography. Her senior year she was awarded a Choreography Scholarship and was chosen to be part of the committee that chose the next year's faculty for the ASU dance department. In 1999, Tiffany also graduated from SWIHA (Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts) in Massage Therapy. She has danced with Center Dance Ensemble, Showstoppers, Dance FX, and AzDance Group. In her dance career, she has been lucky enough to do summer training with Chuck Davis (African Dance), Mark Morris, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Alvin Ailey Dance Co and The Pulse. She was awarded A Pulse Teacher Scholarship to dance in New York with the SYTYCD choreographers in 2010. She was tested and certified in both ballet and jazz in 2006 to become a member of Dance Masters of America, a national dance teacher association. In 2013 she tested, and is now a Certified Examiner for DMA in Ballet and Modern.  She has also judged several dance competitions held here in the Valley. Tiffany has been the owner and director of Dynamic Motion Dance Academy in Anthem, Arizona since 2000. Her passion is teaching Ballet and Modern Dance.


Leo Gallegos - Instructor

Leo Gallegos is the Owner-operator of Switch Performing Arts. Growing up in a dance family, he has mastered many forms of dance and created his own style along the way. Leo teaches Broadway Style Tap and Jazz at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy. He is a sought after Choreographer around the valley. We are happy to have him join our Team this year.


Alexis Stephens: Instructor

Alexis Stephens began dancing at the early age of three. She started at a studio in Mesa: Campbell's Dance Studio. Soon after she moved to Danceworks by Dannis. While there, she had the opportunity to work with renowned ballet instructor Olga Tarasova. She studied ballet, tap, lyrical, jazz, contemporary and hip hop. After her journey competing at studio ended, she continued her pursuit of dance in high school diving in the realm of choreography. Alexis has won several choreography awards and was named Outstanding Dance Performer in 2010-11. Alexis joined Scorpius Dance Theatre in 2013 as a core member and is an Instructor at DMDA and Fuse Performing Arts Academy. Currently, Alexis pursues her degree in dance education at ASU. She has a hungry heart for dance and it is her passion to inspire others the way dance has always inspired her. 


Jose Soto: Instructor 

Jose Soto began dancing at Maryvale High School where he was President of the Dance Company Club. He was a member of The Academy Drum & Bugle Corp. Guard line in 2005 that toured CA & won 1st place in every competition that season. Jose trained in ballet under Ms. Elizabeth Roper, who he credits for creating the dancer & teacher he is today. After graduating from high school, Jose was asked to be part of Center Dance Ensemble. He performed in Center Dance Ensemble’s productions of “Snow Queen” & “The ABC’s of Dance”. In 2006, Jose performed with local artist “Lashy” under the choreography of Luis Egurrola. Beginning in 2007, Jose was part of the Mercury Hip Hop Squad for 2 seasons. The Squad provided him with many opportunities, such as a My45 commercial. Jose was also part of Sol Patrol. Throughout the years, Jose has danced with Nebellen Dance Company, and is an original member of Epik Dance Co. Jose was part of an ABDC Performance Battle, Xclusive Dance Team & Scandalesque. He has choreographed for the NFL Sidewinders Dance Team, Flashpoint Dance Studio, Body Language, Phx Dance Academy, Showbiz Dance Kids, Maryvale H.S., North H.S., Apollo H.S., Washington H.S. & Independence H.S. Jose was a Protégé for the Pulse Convention for choreographers Mia Michaels, Brian Friedman, Wade Robson & Chris Judd. While Jose has performed many times as a soloist, he has also been in group productions of Celebration of Dance & the Nutcracker w/Dance Artistry. Jose is currently dancing with Scorpius Dance Theatre. Jose has experience with jazz, hip-hop, jazz-funk, contemporary, modern, lyrical, ballet, acro, aerialist (Silks) & many more styles. Jose’s dream of being a Choreographer/Dancer inspired him to create NoLimitz Dance. He wants to bring his pieces & ideas to life with his beautiful & versatile dancers.


Lyndsie Clymer: Instructor

Lyndsie Clymer has been dancing for 14 years at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy, she takes Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Modern, Ballroom, Lyrical, Contempary, Musical Theater, and Acrobatics. Lyndsie is currently on the DMDA competition team, she loves to perform with her fellow dancers.  Lyndsie has been a teacher’s assistant for five years and she is very excited to start her new endeavor as a dance instructor. Lyndsie currently goes to Boulder Creek High School. She is in the performance dance group there, where she studies the culture and history of dance. Lyndsie has choreographed shows for On the Towne Community Theater. She also teaches tap, ballet and jazz at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy. Lyndsie loves to teach and enjoys watching the kids grow as dancers.


Mikayla Skogen: Instructor

Mikayla Skogen started dancing at the age of 3 at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy. She has taken ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, modern, musical theatre, contemporary and acro! She has been a guest performer for other studios in Surprise and Peoria. Mikayla was a teacher assistant for 4 years and has been a teacher at DMDA for 2 years. She LOVES teaching the little ones and loves to share her passion for dance with others.  Mikayla is a Freshman at Grand Canyon University and is majoring in Dance Education. She is excited to further her dance teaching career and spread the art and love of dance with others.  She tested and is now certified by Dance Masters of Arizona to teach ballet as of this past March 2015. 


Alice Korsick: 

Mrs. Korsick has had a dual dance career both in Ballet and Broadway. Her ballet training was in New York City with great Russian teachers like Madame Youskevitch, Madame Pereyaslavec, Frederic Franklin and Richard Thomas.  She was a soloist with the Philadelphia Civic Ballet.  Her Broadway credits include the ordinal productions of The Music Man, How To Succeed in Business, I had A Ball and Sail Away.  She has worked with choreographers Bob Fosse, Joe Layton, Agnes De Mille and Onna White.


Sara Muchnij: Instructor

Sara Muchnij has been dancing since the age of 3, with 12 of those years being at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy. She takes Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Contemporary. She has also been trained in Modern, Ballroom, Musical Theater, Acrobatics and Pointe. Sara was on the DMDA Competition Team for about 10 years and is now choreographing for the Team. Sara went to Boulder Creek High School where she was a member of the Performance Team, was the Vice President and President of the after school dance club NHSDA, voted best dancer in her High School superlatives and choreographed the Mr. BC Pageant. During her High School years Sara choreographed many dances for different levels of students. She has performed in many shows including the 13th Floor Haunted House, the I.D.E.A. Dance Fashion Show and many more. Sara loves to teach and work with students to help them find a love for dance while growing to better themselves.
